Frankfurt am Main, 10. März 2009 – Mit einem Beschluss des Aufsichtsrates trennt sich die Mood and Motion AG (ISIN: DE0005341408) von ihrem Finanzvorstand Thomas Schwinger-Caspari.

„Zur Festigung und zum Ausbau unserer Marktposition schaffen wir schlankere und schnellere Unternehmensstrukturen, die dem derzeit schwierigen wirtschaftlichen Umfeld angepasst sind. Dazu zählt auch die Verkleinerung unseres Vorstands“, begründet Mood and Motion-Vorstandschef Tom Gläser diesen Schritt. Bereits Ende Dezember hatte der Vorstand ein weitreichendes Kostensenkungsprogramm im Umfang von bis zu einer Million Euro bis Jahresende 2009 beschlossen.

Frankfurt am Main, March 10, 2009 – By way of a resolution by the Supervisory Board Mood and Motion AG (ISIN: DE0005341408) is parting company with its CFO Thomas Schwinger-Caspari.

“We are creating leaner and faster corporate structures to reinforce and expand our position on the market. These have been adjusted to the current difficult economic environment. This also includes reducing the size of our Managing Board,” commented Tom Gläser, Mood and Motion’s CEO on the reasons for this step. At the end of December, the Managing Board already resolved an extensive cost cutting program of up to one million euros through to the end of 2009.
